1. How long will it take to receive my order?
All RCTEE products are made to order. Fulfillment usually takes 2–7 business days, and shipping time depends on your location (typically 5–10 business days for most regions).
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received it after 7 business days, feel free to contact us.
3. Why did I receive my order in separate packages?
We use multiple print providers through Printify. That means if you ordered several items, they may be fulfilled and shipped separately.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on your country and local customs.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with your item. Please check our Return Policy for full details.
6. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re really sorry if that happens! Please contact us at fahriyesayicisir@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, production likely begins, and cancellation won’t be possible.
8. How are your products made?
All items are printed using high-quality DTG (direct-to-garment) or sublimation printing methods by trusted Printify production partners across the globe.
9. Can I suggest a custom RC design?
